Edcel Limited was incorporated in 2001 to address yearning of bakers for knowledge-based approach to marketing of baking additives and advisory services. The impetus to establish company is also borne out of need for professional food technologists to complement government efforts against use of banned and unwholesome ingredients in baked goods.
Our promoter, Mr Cletus Chibuko, a food technologist, with over 30 years’ experience in milling and baking has brought his knowledge to bear on our operations.
